Do You Have a Strength Workout Routine?

There's no one sized fits all. Some people can run three times a week alongside their strength workouts and not turn off their protein synthesis and feel great. Some will see muscles weaken and atrophy running three times a year with the same routine. If your joints are feeling good and you're sleeping well, you may want to experiment with adding some hit. And let me just say that thet don't, don't add a bunch all at once. So add, add something, see how your body feels for a couple of weeks.
