Is Africa Responsible for Climate Change?
Ye mene: Subzaharn africa is responsible for about one % of historic emissions. Ye mene: Many africans cannot switch on a light bulb at home. You know, almost no one has continuous electricity unless they purchase a desel generator. And so to tell africans, well, you can't have any more facil based energy now because we're worried about climate change, i think is immoral and unfair.
