The Therapeutic Effects of a Psychedelic Experience
I've sometimes described psychedelic experiences like meditation on steroids I mean right it's in power and the objects of consciousness come up in many cases much more forcefully than they do in meditation. People can really go down rabbit holes of misery uh and if they really get caught there that becomes kind of a classic bad experience as well but I think there's something empowered about that so one of the interesting therapeutic effects then of the psychedelics is that people have these intense experiences in which they have stayed with the experience.
