Cooking Fish in a Bag
i want to know how we go about encouraging not just the eating of british fish, but the cooking of it and homes. Because there's a lot of nervousness, even though we are an ireland nation, about how to cook fish. How do you overcome that sort of hesitancy or nervousness that people have? It's really interesting because thy, there were abouts, i mean, tit's a really ke thing. But once we can't hae got that, but it's really surprising how much people picked up things correctly.
