Do You Have to Take Breaks Between Tasks?

I men, i do take breaks. Not necessarily as many things as you because i b see you got a couple of kids. But i do get stractions. There are destacts all over the place. I mean, the internet goes down and computer crashes Because my computer needs to be replaced. Other things happen because oese, every ones at home right nowr so there's loads of things going on. So i do have to stop tasks. One of the most irritating ones is when you're recording and someone decides, oh, let's hoo the downstairs. And then the people outside like, ok, let's drill a hole in the floor and let's put a digger
