Is Radio Slovenia a Modern Language?

Matei Pratnik is a radio producer and reporter at Radio Slovenia. He says it's incumbent upon the country's public broadcaster to speak Slovenian properly. Anyone who works on air has to learn a formal version of Slovenian. To perfect it requires a year of elocution training.
