Trump's Talking Points on Health Care

I do not think Donald Trump knows what is going on here. He'll say the same set of things about Obamacare every time. Paul Ryan has told him that you cannot do tax reform before health care. I wonder about blowback inside the White House if this passes and we start moving to a Senate process.
