How to Redirect a Negative Culture?

If you're going to have a negative vibes or negative culture, it's because you have gotten off track from what the actual mission is. A one thing i don't tolera in any of my companies is gossip. Cancer is culture gripe. And there's only one way to get rid of cancer, bro, and it's to cut it out. The best option is to revamp a company that might be in that mind set.
