How to Build a Data Monetization Workshop

The more successful teams that I read about and I tend to see tend to be mixed skill set. They're cross functional. There's a space for creativity and learning. Are these things necessary or in doing this successfully? Do you think? Yeah, I would say so. Somebody who understands how to create data products and market it is more important. Understanding the data for a business takes a few weeks or maybe a couple months to really get your head around. But the process of productizing data is a pretty unique skill.
