The Importance of Leg Length in Running
You want to see synchrony between the opposite arm and opposite leg. So when you're changing cadence and we, for instance, go to a faster or a higher cadence, you would expect to see that the arm swing gets less exaggerated or just faster. And sometimes you can tell people to pump their arms a little bit faster, say if they don't have a metronome,. Tell them to pump theirarms a little bit fast and their legs will have to keep up. But yeah, I mean, I'm sort of probably in between you guys.
