How to Write Performance Reviews

Dave Fleming: I'm the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Residence Life and Housing at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Most recently, I served on the Presidential Task Force for the 21st century employment in higher ed for ACPA. In that work, we performance reviews and position descriptions and those sorts of things certainly popped up. So I think those of us in Student Affairs Master's program would be like, maybe we should have a class on this as a field.
