I thought that was really interesting that some of this stuff has stuck. Some of it has not. And why did the stuff that stick? Why does the stuff that I've been doing, why did that stick and then thestuff that I haven't been doing, what's the deal? Like he said, hopefully the research that he's implemented in here helps some of that other stuff stick for me. But yeah, brain chain number one, disconnecting. You got that one down. Chain breaker number three, letting your brain idle. So getting enough sleep. Then chain breaker number four is managing your stress well.
