What's Going on at Silicon Valley Bank?
Former Fed official: There was clearly a failure at the management level. But I think it's pretty clear there was a failure of supervision as well. The question is where and how did that failure occur? It does appear as though a new team of onsite supervisors at Silicon Valley Bank identified some of the very issues that led to its demise.
