The Hype Cycle Is Not Universal

There are a lot of reasons to doubt that the medaverse is going to come along at least any time in the near future. We're talking about a much longer time line than what is typically presented to us through marketing pushes. So it's something that we need to keep in mind. It's ok to be interested in new technology, as long as you're doing so with the knowledge that it might not live up to the hype. The issue is that we often don't see that happen.
