How to Build a Lean Business Model
A business plan is a way to think through and detail all the key elements on how your business will run. It's not as hard as you think because there's really no right or wrong way to do it. Once they're written down, they become set in stone. They become law. You put them out into the universe and you tell your brain that that's important. That activates your particular activation system. So don't overcomplicate things. Just write up a simple business plan.
