It hasn't been all that fancy the technology required, you know, I mean selective breeding is a much more sophisticated thing than it used to be. So there's a whole lot of Different potential crops in the pipeline now Well, I'm eating another one called kernza Which is it comes from a plant which is it's just a grassReally it's the deep-rooted perennial grass very very thick deep roots go down several meters Um, so you they need less water. They need less fertilizer than the straggly little tiny ones because they're gone deeper
