The No Junk Rule

We spend one point two trillion dollars a year on non essential goods, most of which is junk. Most of the things we buy during the holidays this 859 billion dollars were spending this year. Instead of buying gifts for every one in your family, just buy them a trash can. In that way, they can put all the unwonted gifts in that trash can and drag it right out to the curb on christmas morning. If you keep doing the same thing you did before, and you've felt discontent from it, or maybe it was working for a season for you, but now you realize, like, this is really stressing me outye.
