The Importance of Embodiment in Women

I think for some people it's terrifying right it feels like a loss of agency and you can see from the literature results in strategies to reclaim agency. Then there's this other group of people who it feels like oh wow all of a sudden my body is is alive or there's like a sense of wonder or awe or mystery or it feels like an invitation into a new way of experiencing the self. I love that I love that image of apple picking and just like the the life force and nutrition just passing down from tree to you to child yes.
