How to Stay Motivated During a Rehab Period
i remember when i had a over you indry. This was one of the, one of the main injuries i've ever had. Was er, like four or five years ago, and i was definitely over training. And it was after a race that i didn't do as well as i wanted to,. So i kept going after and i end up getting an achilles injury. But then i switched my focus to how many times i could walk around the calde sack each morning before work. It's becoming really good at an alternative arobic activity during the rehab period. I think we're going to touch on this a few times throughout this episode.
