The Importance of Cross Training in Running
Cross training is everything that is like non impact, like doesn't have a pounding on your feet. Think about when you're cycling or if you're swimming, for example, you basically have like zero gravity. Of course, your legs are working really hard sometimes but you don't have the pounding that you get from running or walking. Walking is definitely encouraged and suggested in different circumstances. It's generally a good idea to use cross training. What do you think?
