How to Bring More Junior Developers Into Sierra Rails

Rails is still very much alive and well, and I'm growing it very incrementally and modestly. The goal here is to get every single one of these folks a job based on this experience. They're now learning in a real world environment. And we'll see how it goes. We have daily stand-ups. We do code review, we have office hours. It's an open source application that is a real code base with years of history behind it.
