productivity growth goes through into earnings growth, lack of growth in real incomes. And many other european countries have had morethan a decade without any increase in real earning. So this really matters for all f our living standards. Its not just a an economic concept. It's the way that we live and how we work is also affected by technology. We can't rely on robots to replace us if we don't build up skills over time. Duncan: If you look at what happened in britain over the last ten or 15 years, robots haven’t been taking our jobs. We have been taking the robots jobs.
