As soon as the ground is cooled, people are moving back and trying to re-establish exactly where they were before. I think there's a sense of people dispersing into those areas away from the centre because the centre becomes uninhabitable. It's like a nuclear bomb, it's hit, the centre of London. That's going to be one of the major problems is how they're going to clear that up. They've got to clear the streets so they can see where the streets were.
