The connection to elite global or, you know, at least institutions of the global North fed back into to its legitimacy. Anti corruption has been promoted as a technocratic concern that there's a official model to get to to fix things. And La Vijato was presented as a technical fix. These were technocrats they had found a way. So these two different forms of anti politics sort of allied in different levels.
