I think for almost two centuries now the world has been urbanizing, you know, since the Industrial Revolution, people have been moving to cities. I'm a big fan of cities and spent some time in some great American cities this summer. But we sort of have a city centric way of thinking of things in the U.S., and maybe it's global too. One interesting thing is the idea that people are moving out to a quiet place in Colorado or that, or, you know,. Tennessee or whatever. They're doing the same work they did before, but they're giving back to smaller communities. And I like to think that this is good, this is good for the country
