Burnout Recovery - The Three Most Common Mistakes
There's three big mistakes when it comes to burnout recovery that I see folks making and that I've made as I traverse these levels. The first one is that you don't let yourself be stopped by life in level one. And the third common mistake is biting off more than you can chew in level three, which puts you right back down into level two or level one. All kinds of things can push you down levels. So you need to hold your horses and breathe and keep doing the boring stuff and you will get there.
