Is the Vaccination a Kind of Right?
Sally Kohn: The idea of scapegoat function as a cure for social ills is that the logic of it is that of vaccination. She says in ancient greek society, who trotted out and effectively sacrificed amr ritually to be 'saved' by god. And so basically, the structure of of o sacriiof, the sort of functioning of sacrifice, is precisely that of vaccination, she says.
