The Importance of Being Who You Are

It's the intertwinidness of my story and their stories as readers that really seems to hook them. There's a quote in the book, trying to be someone you are not is a waste of time. And I think that is very apt because it feels to me like we tend to think about what a leader should be. That's sort of what you were saying before. This is how leaders should be. Instead of reaching out and being who you actually are,. which is what you are helping people realize.
