The Importance of Listening to the Real People

I think sadly a lot of pastors are out out of touch with the real pagans. For example, why are the artists often the most alienated people in the church? And then very oddly,why are the business people second only to artists in feeling it in a different way.? I try and read a book of his every year and I read in the world of power,. But I always feel that I'm trying to punch and train against some of the toughest thinkers and not just low hanging fruit.
