The Fear of Compromise

I'll read anything you write. I've appreciated your work over the years. When I read your essay and it came to my attention very early before the print edition was out, I read it immediately. The Christian intellectual is faced with a pressure to compromise one side or the other of his or her identity. And so I'm I'm writing as a Christian there for a secular audience,. There are things that I would love to say about this whole phenomenon that I can't say for that audience.
