Trump has had, I think, ambiguous relationship with the far right is a kind way of putting it. He's had plenty of opportunities to deny them, to reject them, to condemn them. And he hasn't and tends to favor people who like him. The interesting thing is not Trump in all this. It's what this moment is forcing the Republican Party to do,. Do they distance themselves? Do they pretend it doesn't exist? Do they try and ignore Trump?
