The Tooling for Developers, a Brief History

In the sixties, we kept on seeing metodologies being built on top of tools. We saw testing started with how do we manage our manual testing wits went into automate tests of various types. And then i think the main change started in the mid ninhties. Then the title was that the softo crisis, right? Why can't we produce high qualities softer? It wasn't something that high performing, high scale organizations could really, really deal with. These were exactly the same days when we started to have a p is in front of everything.
