Jeremy Hunt and Rishi Sunak's strategy is to let things calm down, put as much space as possible between the horrors of last autumn. The Labour party is convinced that its vote is more susceptible to staying in with the weather's bad - but they're wrong. And while older people are very determined very often in their patterns, they're also not that keen on bad weather.
