The Importance of Day One Retention in Startups
The Viral founder says that the key to growth is focus and prioritization. He argues that if a startup spends too much money on acquiring users, it will lose them in the long run. If you can't retain a user then your product may not be very useful or even use by people at all. "If you're able to get those users without investing and thinking about CAC and LTV like first thing, I would say is very important," he said.
