Sally Kohn: I feel like we could have done lots of different things for this mini series, for the work that we've been developing. Why are we doing this HR thing? Well, a lot of reasons. One is because it feels to me like the problem space in HR is quite clear. It's just like there's opportunity. And then the last big thing is like it's so, so cross functional. So a lot of how we think about work and how work should go is sort of not honoring the existing org charts. We haven't really seen the same thing in HR in 20 years.
