SBA's Equity Requirements for Seller Financing

Banks are still trying to figure out, hey, what exactly will this apply? SBA has changed the equity requirement so that seller financing used to have to be on 10 years standby to count as equity. And it could be a maximum of half of the 10% required equity. In other words, in theory, a buyer could get in with 2.5% equity and 7.5% Equity on 24 months standby.
