Data literacy is a continuum of scales. Some people are relatively nervous about it, and others just can't imagine making decisions without it. We ran into this issue where people had projects tucked away, they'd never properly launched themand so we knew about them cause we were in the orgue,. But we didn't have what we needed to integrate it really well. So we invested a great deal of time in knowledge management - cleaning up our habits about how we share our work. Sometimes data scientists can be a little shy about big presentations, so they tend to hide away from demos and launches. They think that like a deck or launch on tableau is going to cross the divide to the business
