The Just Enough Structure

I love the idea of having just enough structure. I think an often overlooked but really key part of this work is how do you create that space, invite them into co-creation? And then the intentional design and facilitation of what happens to those spaces goes a long way towards what comes out of it. Often, the network's culture starts there with how that leader or that group of individuals who help start these types of networks hold the energy of the space. They're really holding the mindset also of what it means to work in this way.
