Give yourself a deadline. Where is it that other people can hold you accountable to it? Are you measuring your progress? Then T in smart is time frame, time oriented. And the last piece, a smart E, I add the I on the end is in intention and emotional intention. Why are you setting these goals? In emotional with it.
