Introduction
Jonathan Ludinger is a postdoctoral researcher in the Creative Machines Lab at Columbia University. He started out as a PhD researcher in Hod Lipsen's lab, the creator of the world's first open source 3D printer that could be used for food. The team has experimented with doughs, meats, vegetables, sweets and printed chicken samples which were then cooked by lasers.
