Is There a Lack of Funding for Energy Mitigation?

If money is not provided to countries who also have to ensure that people have access to electricity and other forms of energy, they have no option but to rely on fossil fuel. And that's why you find majority of developing countries are stuck with coal. It's not by choice. The reality is that developed countries, who promise to support developing countries 30 years ago, have not done enough to help them move away from fossil fulds. On e one hand, many of these economies are stuck with extraction to feed their feet, their people and meet their development needs,. But if we do not provide support, they will not be able to make that transit.
