The Cost of Project Slowdown

Project slowed down. Project slowdown has been going for a decade now. The next Antarctic season we were back. We were going to try something new. Melting and casing twenty boreholes into pine island glacier. After that, we pumped up all the water we could. It can be done. Solves all problems. All right, doesn't solve all problems.
