High conflict employees cause some disruption. And especially now, at least in the US, we see such a limited supply in the labor market. So it's probably a time that organizations might have to invest more in coaching and training for those who can get skilled up. The knee jerk response is to publicly expose and humiliate high conflict people. But if you think it through, you may be able to leverage somebody into getting some help and maybe even becoming an easier person to be around.
