Don't Tell Your Kids What's Going on on Social Media
The decline in kids mental health was that they were comparing themselves to people on social media. We're all human and none of us are immune. No one has a perfect life. Money doesn't inoculate you from all the same problems everyone else has That money can't buy. Illness, heartbreak, worthiness, belonging, connection, you name it. So walking through social media with your kids and helping them decode or at least understand what's happening behind the scenes could be helpful.
