Learning Japanese With a Really Busy Schedule

I've been doing AJAD or learning Japanese, whatever you want to call it since I think May of 2020. So a pretty decent, healthy amount of just active immersion. How did you do that while also having like a really busy schedule? Because a lot of people have a whole bunch of free time and don't touch that at all. Do you know the term goblin mode? A goblin mode is when you just don't care like you're in like your underwear and like you're eating like cold pizza. We need like a term like mat mode where like all you do is go hard like HAT style.
