Structure or Management?

The amount of time on the walk spent on training is a couple of minutes during a 30 minute walk. What if you have guests staying with you over a few days? We would need a new structure. Having dogs just loose with guests around makes me feel like they might make bad decisions. So then during that time, you're going to add more structure even if it isn't to the dog's benefit. But sometimes the dog doesn't always get their way because your guests have some rights too.
