The air would be filled with the hawking of vendors and traders selling their produce bookies shouting odds on the upcoming events and collecting wages. First on the agenda would have been the beast hunts this could involve anything from balls and balls pitted against each other to more exotic animals lions hippos and crocodiles fighting the specially trained fighters.
