This hecrane invasion situation's just a pure wild guard. I mean, looking at rates, it was going up to like two point one % for the tenure treasury. And then we had this russian invasion. Everybody kind of assumed, i think, that it was going to be intense brangmanship and just a bunch of bluster. But now there i look to day, they're down like one point eight % as we're recording the near beginning of march.
