The Difference Between Inattentive Subtype and Mixed Subtype

Males still predominantly predominate, but the ratio is smaller. Women are much more likely to have the inattentive sub type than were the males. In children, parents and teachers are the ones who are doing the referring. As a woman becomes more aware of the difficulties in adulthood, she is more likely to present herself for evaluation and treatment.
