When I did work for the Resolution Trust Corporation, which is a government entity, they wanted to audit our time sheets. And when you charged time to another client, that client's name appears. So a lot of times the government does want to come in and even see just names of clients. We fought that like, I don't remember how it came out. But the government will ask for as much information as they can get away with. Sometimes there's a legal reason that they shouldn't have it.
